Port-Mahon Sculptures
They were made from 1777 to 1782 in order to represent the Port-Mahon Palace in Minorca in the Balearic Islands. They were sculpted in memory of Decure, one of the first workers in the Quarry Inspections, who was killed from a cave-in.
